Photography coverage of concert. A concert was held in Hammersmith to raise money for carehelpers working with disabled and mentally disadvantaged people. The ‘1st Chancers’ are a rap band consisting of 5 people with physical and mental disorders. They have released an album to raise money for charity. They are all unique people trying to break the mold with a passion for music which gives them their voice to be heard
